Your orders are shipped by us from our office in the 6th arrondissement in Lyon.
Metropolitan France deliveries
We offer home delivery by Colissimo, and Point Relais Pickup (post offices and merchants).
You will receive your package 2 to 3 working days after your order date.
We offer delivery by Colissimo to your home. Shipping costs are €10.
The territories concerned are; Guadeloupe (including St Barthélémy and St Martin), Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte and St-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna Islands, French Southern and Antarctic Lands.
You will receive your package within 6 to 8 working days after your order date.
EU and rest of the world deliveries
We offer delivery by Colissimo or Point Relais Pickup. Shipping costs are €7.
Home delivery, in letterbox, is only available for the following countries; Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
For other countries, delivery is available at home with signature or at a Pickup Relay Point.
For shipmentsout of Europe, we will choose the most suitable mode of transport for your country and the weight of your package. A single price of €25 is applied per order.
Orders will be processed within 1 working day, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an information email.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
You can check the status of your orders at any time by logging into your C.leste account.

Dans la rubrique “mes commandes”, téléchargez, remplissez et imprimez le document de retour et glissez-le dans votre colis. Envoyez votre retour à l’adresse suivante

en Colissimo. Conservez bien la preuve de dépôt ou le numéro de suivi jusqu’au remboursement.
Le remboursement sera effectué dans un délai de 14 jours ouvrés à réception du colis, par le moyen de paiement utilisé à la commande.
Les lunettes de soleil retournées doivent être dans leur état d’origine. Elles doivent également être correctement emballées de manière à ne pas être abimées pendant le transport. Nous nous permettront de refuser le retour si celles-ci ne sont pas dans leur état de vente.

Toutes les lunettes C.leste ont un indice UV 100% et sont de catégorie 3.
Les verres C.leste sont polarisés.
Un filtre anti-UV et anti-rayures à été appliqué sur les verres C.leste.
L'armatureglasses C.leste is inMonel- an alloy of copper and nickel. This material is resistant to corrosion and is flexible in order to be adjustable.
Thebranchesare inultem- a resin with high performance properties. This material offers elasticity combined with resistance to deformation, which makes it easy to bend the frame and then easily return to its original shape. It is up to 50% lighter than metal.
Theglassesare inTAC(cellulose acetate) - natural polymer obtained from extracts of cotton or tree pulp. This material is light and very solid, it offers certain security in the event of a fall or projection.
Thenose padsare insilicone.
You can clean your C.leste sunglasses with the protective case provided, making sure to use the surface that does not include the patterns printed on it.
Use the protective case for transport.
It is better not to leave the glasses upside down to avoid scratching the lenses.
Do not use soap or water for cleaning.
C.leste sunglasses are covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of24 monthsfrom the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects include lenses, ultem temples and nose pads.
This warranty will only be valid when sent with proof of purchase (showing date of purchase, model and name of distributor)accompanied by the defective productduring the warranty period. C.leste reserves the right not to offer the free warranty service if the documents indicated are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible. In case of return during the warranty period, C.leste undertakes torepair or replacedefective sunglasses or any of its parts at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover transportation costs.
After the expiration of the warranty, repairs will be subject to a service charge.
This warranty does not cover any of the following:
Defects and damage due to a fall, loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster. - Failure or damage caused by misuse, lack of care or accidents. - Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear.
Payment & security
Accepted payment methods are;
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay et Paypal.
The total amount of your order will be debited from your bank account when the order and payment have been processed and approved. In the event that no payment has been received after the order has been submitted, C.leste may cancel your order automatically.
All transactions are processed directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking regulations.
Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank, including C.leste.
If you added a discount code in the checkout process but it wasn't applied, check that the code was valid when you made the purchase. If you applied a valid code but it was not effective, write to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
